Rapper 50 Cent has filed a $6 million federal lawsuit against Rick Ross's former girlfriend, accusing her of making false and sexually degrading claims about his 14-year-old son on social media.

The complaint, filed Monday, October 26, 2026, in Los Angeles on behalf of Sire Jackson, alleges that Tiallondra "Tia" Kemp falsely claimed the teenager had autism and attributed the supposed diagnosis to sexually explicit conduct involving his mother, Daphne Joy. The lawsuit accuses Kemp of defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and seeks at least $6 million in damages.

Curtis Jackson, known professionally as 50 Cent, alleges that Kemp targeted his son to retaliate against him during a public dispute involving her former boyfriend, Rick Ross. His attorneys argue that she used the teenager to "settle a score" with the rapper by broadcasting false claims about a child who had no involvement in their feud.

The allegations stem from comments Kemp posted beneath an Instagram photograph showing Sire with both of his parents. According to the complaint, Kemp told Jackson he had no business posting photographs of other people's children when his own son was "on the spectrum." She then made an explicit claim about Joy's conduct during pregnancy, which Jackson's attorneys describe as a fabricated explanation for a medical diagnosis the teenager does not have.

"Autism is not shameful," Jackson's lawyers wrote in the complaint, arguing that Kemp deliberately used the condition as an insult. The filing identifies Sire by his initials, S.J., because he is a minor, and emphasizes that he is a private individual rather than a public figure.

Kemp allegedly continued targeting the teenager in additional social media posts and an October 25 red carpet interview. During that appearance, she called Sire "slow" and claimed he "can't talk," according to court documents. Jackson's attorneys allege that Kemp made disparaging statements about the boy in four separate online publications over six days.

Jackson's legal team sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the posts and stop making statements about his son. Rather than complying, Kemp allegedly published part of the letter online with a profanity-laced response directed at the rapper and his lawyers.

The federal lawsuit followed a separate petition filed earlier Monday in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where Jackson accused Kemp of harassment, stalking and cyberstalking. He asked the court for an immediate temporary injunction prohibiting her from engaging in that conduct toward Sire, followed by a final injunction after a hearing.

Unlike the California lawsuit, which seeks monetary damages for alleged harm to the teenager's reputation, privacy and emotional well-being, the Florida proceeding asks a judge to restrict Kemp's future conduct. Jackson's attorneys argue that her continued statements after receiving the cease-and-desist letter demonstrate the need for court intervention.

The dispute began escalating earlier this month after 50 Cent publicly mocked Rick Ross over an alleged assault involving Ross's 21-year-old son, whom he shares with Kemp. Jackson posted a photograph of the suspected assailant's mugshot and joked that he would pay the man's bail. Kemp's statements about Sire surfaced shortly afterward.

Kemp subsequently addressed the legal action on TikTok, mocking Jackson by calling him "15 Cent" and accusing him of trying to intimidate her through his attorneys. "You can't bully me," she said in a profanity-laced response.

Jackson is seeking at least $6 million in the federal case while pursuing a separate court order in Florida to prevent further alleged harassment of his son.
