Kris Jenner Stalking Suspect Arrested Near Her Home After Repeated Contact Attempts

A man suspected of stalking Kris Jenner was arrested near her Los Angeles-area home after her security team detained him following what authorities say were repeated attempts to contact the reality television star.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies arrested 25-year-old Zenwilliam Robson on Monday after security personnel stopped him near Jenner’s residence in the Santa Monica Mountains. He was taken into custody on suspicion of stalking but was later charged with one misdemeanor count of trespassing and refusing to leave private property.

Security personnel told authorities that Robson had tried to contact Jenner several times before the latest encounter.

It remains unclear whether Jenner was home when Robson was detained. TMZ reported that her security team intercepted him before he reached the property.

The charge filed against Robson is narrower than the conduct that prompted his arrest. Although deputies initially took him into custody on suspicion of stalking, court records show he currently faces only the misdemeanor trespassing count.

No stalking charge has been filed.

Robson was booked Monday evening following the arrest. Court records reviewed by the Los Angeles Times show he is scheduled to appear in court on September 22.

Jenner’s team was already familiar with Robson before Monday, according to a source familiar with the situation who spoke to the Times. The source said he had previously attempted to contact the 70-year-old businesswoman and television personality.

The arrest comes after Jenner and other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have dealt with unwanted visitors and alleged stalkers at their homes over the years.

Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner have both sought restraining orders in separate cases involving people accused of repeatedly contacting them or appearing at their properties. Kris Jenner has also faced previous security incidents involving people allegedly attempting to reach her.

Monday’s encounter did not result in a stalking charge against Robson, and the available court record does not establish whether prosecutors intend to pursue any additional counts.

The current case instead centers on the allegation that Robson entered or remained on private property and refused to leave.

His next scheduled court appearance is September 22.
